VP122LPG V Pan LPG Deep Fryer

The deep fryer is equipped with a 22 litre oil tank and a thermostat that can be adjusted to a range of 93°C to 204°C. It also features a stainless steel front, sides, and pilot, as well as a 6 inch stainless steel leg and a millivolt control valve. The open stainless steel fryer pot has a cold zone to promote fast temperature recovery, making for efficient and easy use.
