This fryer features a Robshaw valve, a built-in flue deflector, and standard flame failure protection. Its adjustable legs, accessible components, and front replaceability make maintenance a breeze. The stainless steel basket hanger easily lifts off for cleaning, while food particles fall below burner tubes into the cold zone, prolonging oil life. To prevent clogging, a 32mm ball-type full port drain valve is included.
