The Pizza shaping machine - PRA33 features non-stick plates with high thermal conductivity for easy shaping. The dough thickness can be easily adjusted, and the plate temperature can be set between 130 and 170 degrees Celsius. The machine operates on 3 phase outlet and has a pressing time of 0.1 to 1.5 seconds, making it ideal for dough with a temperature range of 6 to 20 degrees Celsius. For added safety, the machine includes an interlocked safety guard and a start button that prevents operation until the grid is closed.
