The JDR-520B/3N Bench Dough Sheeter features a 40mm large roller opening and large hard chrome rollers made of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium for a 5kg dough weight capacity. Unlike many other sheeters with plastic components and casings, this sheeter is easy to clean with removable scraper assemblies and low replacement cost. It also includes safety guards with internal safety switching and a quality food grade conveyor belt (not a cotton belt) to prevent flour entry and potential damage. Furthermore, the internal mechanism locks the rollers in position without a ratchet that can wear and harm the operator's knuckles. The sheeter also allows for easy access to the conveyor drive-rollers in a folded position for thorough cleaning, unlike other sheeters. Neglecting proper cleaning can result in dough buildup on the rollers, which can cause a bump under the sheeting belt and potentially rip the belt.
