• The JDR-520/3N Floor Model Dough Sheeter is expertly designed with a quality food grade conveyor belt, eliminating the use of a cotton belt that could potentially cause damage. With no external switches for flour entry, the internal mechanism effectively locks the rollers in place, avoiding any wear and the possibility of catching the operator's knuckles.
• Optimizes accessibility to the conveyor drive-rollers for cleaning in the folded position, distinguishing it from other sheeters. Poor cleaning can lead to dough build up on the rollers, creating a bump under the sheeting belt that may catch on the scrapers and tear the belt.
