These bain marie units have sliding doors for convenient access, water drawers, a thermostat, a halogen heating lamp, heating elements, and a perforated pan divider, as well as being plumbing-free for easy installation. With two doors and 4 x 1/1 GN pans, this unit can maintain temperatures from 35°C to 85°C with a convective thermal airflow and humidity. The bench height is 850 mm, providing a professional and efficient display for your food.
