Fagor Kore 900 Series LPG Tilting Bratt Pans - SB-G910ILPG

The motorised or crank-operated elevation systems of Fagor Kore 900 Series LPG Tilting Bratt Pans - SB-G910ILPG are capable of raising the pan to a completely vertical position, allowing for effortless unloading. These pans feature laser-cut joints, hidden screws, and a flange around the perimeter to prevent spillage of condensed water. Additionally, the pan design includes rounded corners and a wide opening for easy cooking and cleaning. The bottom of the wells boasts an 8mm thickness for iron pans and 10mm for stainless steel, ensuring even heat distribution.

• The water filling process is carried out via an electric valve that is controlled by a switch on the front of the machine. The filling pipe is situated at the rear of the appliance.
• Double walled lid with drainer at the back to redirect water of condensation back into the well.
• Lid balance system by springs.
• Compensation system to avoid heavy falls. Can be regulated, with the same system for all modules.
• Micro breaking switch halts heating when the pan is raised.
