Fagor's Kore 900 Series Gas Tilting Bratt Pans - SB-G915IM - offer a 120L capacity and come in NG or LPG options. With laser-cut joints, hidden screws, and automatic welding and polishing, these pans are durable and efficient. They also feature motorized or crank-operated elevation systems, allowing for complete emptying of the pan, and come in versions with cast iron or stainless steel pans.

• The design of this pan features smooth, rounded corners and a wide opening that allows for easy unloading and simplifies all cooking and cleaning tasks. This practical feature offers efficiency and convenience in food preparation and maintenance.
• Flange around the perimeter to stop any condensed water from spilling over.
• The base of the pans are designed with varying thickness - 8mm for iron and 10 mm for stainless steel - resulting in consistent heat distribution.
• The pans are filled with water using an electric valve, which is operated by a switch located on the front of the machines. The filling pipe is conveniently placed at the back of the machine.
• Double-walled lid with drainer at the back to redirect water of condensation back into the well.
• Lid balance system by springs.
• Compensation system to avoid heavy falls. Can be regulated, with the same system for all modules.
• Micro breaking switch halts heating when the pan is raised.
• High temperature enameled cast iron flue protector.
• Access to the components from the front
