The JUS-DM-2 Benchtop Pasta Cooker is made of stainless steel and features a strong heating element. With a thermostat control ranging from 0 to 100 ºC, you can easily adjust the cooking temperature for perfect results. Additionally, the ½" drain valve allows for easy cleanup. This cooker can be paired with the JUS-TY-1 Bain Marie Stand and JUS400 for a complete set.
