• The TFT display allows for advanced programming. Utilizing state of the art touch displays and an intuitive human interface, the machine parameters can be easily programmed using preset profiles or customized to the fullest extent.
• Using the patented pressure profile from BEZZERA, this espresso machine allows for customized drip coffee and herbal infusion brewing through dedicated low pressure programs. The double boiler hydraulic system is controlled by a Volumetric dosage, enabling pressure profiles to be set between 3 to 11 bar for optimal coffee extraction. This pressure profile patent from BEZZERA also facilitates the brewing of drip coffee and herbal infusion via dedicated low pressure programs.
• Automatic water regeneration is provided on the Bezzera Victoria White 3 Group Espresso Machine BZVICTORIA3W. This system allows for daily recycling to maintain ph and ensure high quality water for steam boilers.
• Utilizing a PID thermostat, the coffee extraction temperature control system offers precise programming of the coffee temperature in the cup. This, combined with the hydraulic circuit's thermo stability, guarantees the enhancement of each coffee's unique aromas.
