The FAGOR EVO-ADVANCE Pass-through Dishwasher AD-125HRS-VIC238 boasts a built-in Heat Recovery System and energy recuperator, which collects and condenses steam during each cycle. This system exhausts the steam after a full cleaning cycle and repurposes it to heat the next cycle's water input, resulting in increased energy efficiency and lower energy bills. Furthermore, this eliminates the need for a ceiling exhaust canopy.
