1. How long are quotes valid for?

Quotes are valid for 30 days only. Please ensure to confirm your order within this period to secure the quoted price.

2. Are the prices listed inclusive of delivery and GST?

Yes, all prices listed are inclusive of delivery and GST, except where specified differently.

3. How do I proceed with placing an order?

To proceed with your order, please provide your business details and delivery address via email to info@derbymeadows.com.au. Upon receipt of payment, we will arrange for delivery.

4. Are the product images accurate representations of the actual product?

The images provided on our site serve as representations of the product only. There may be slight variations in the actual product.

5. What are the Premium Delivery options available?

We offer two Premium Delivery options:

  • Premium Delivery 1:
    • We take the product inside, unpack it, remove the wrapping, and put the unit in place.
    • Note: No sets of stairs or steps; must have clear access to the site.

  • Premium Delivery 2:
    • We take the product inside, unpack it, remove the wrapping, put the unit in place, and remove the old unit.
    • Note: No sets of stairs or steps; must have clear access to the site.

    6. Is there any insurance coverage for my order?

    Yes, insurance coverage included in the freight quotes is provided either by JDS Hospitality Equipment or the Delivery Company. This insurance covers loss, damage, fire, theft, or non-delivery.
